Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an European ERP Programme Administrator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis, reporting into the European ERP Director.
As the European ERP Programme Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of programme activities, contributing to the success of the implementation and ongoing management of the ERP system. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
We are offering a remote base contract for this position and flexibility will be required for ad-hoc team meetings.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
ProgrammeCoordination:
1. Support the Programme LT and project teams in planning, organising, and monitoring programme activities.
2. Maintain and update programme plans, schedules, and trackers to ensure accurate reporting.
Administrative Support:
3. Organise meetings, workshops, and events, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
4. Manage programme documentation, ensuring version control and adherence to governance standards.
Stakeholder Management:
5. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely responses and resolving queries.
6. Coordinate communications across teams, ensuring alignment and consistency.
Reporting and Analysis:
7. Assist in the preparation of programme reports, dashboards, and presentations.
8. Monitor programme KPIs and flag potential risks or issues to relevant stakeholders.
Budget and Resource Support:
9. Support budget tracking and financial administration, including purchase orders and invoice management.
10. Assist with resource allocation and onboarding of programme team members.
Compliance and Risk Management:
11. Ensure all programme activities comply with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
12. Maintain risk and issue logs, escalating concerns where necessary.
About you:
To be successful in this position you will have proven experience in programme or project administration, ideally within ERP or large-scale IT programmes and understand ERP systems and implementation processes. It’s essential that you have excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. You will also be proficient in using project management tools (, MS Project, Jira, or similar) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with a high attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
