103 Designs/Giftiful is a British online personalised gift brand that offers unique bespoke products to a worldwide audience. We pride ourselves in creating fresh personalised products from Christmas sacks to custom mugs and we need to bring a new member to the team to ensure the highest level of customer service is met.
The position is for an individual looking to join the team until Christmas. We require someone with basic admin experience whose available Monday to Friday 9 - 5 (the role is office based). Additional hours available over the weekend and evenings.
Role and Responsibilities
* Handling all communications through the business via a range of online selling platforms, dealing with any customer enquiries.
* Processing up to 1000+ shipping labels each day, ensuring the correct weight and service is allocated to each parcel to maximize profitability.
* Overseeing various documents controlling replacement orders across our platforms.
* Assisting company director with small admin jobs where required.
* Supporting floor staff with various packaging and product creation jobs where and if required.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
* MUST HAVE experience in working within a team.
* MUST HAVE basic computer/mac experience.
* MUST HAVE proficient communication skills.
* Be able to work towards daily deadlines.
* Previous online customer service role preferred but not essential.
Time Commitments
* The role will start on the 25th November (possibly earlier).
* The role will run up until 20th December.
* The position is Monday to Friday (9AM to 5PM). Additional hours and weekend work also available.
* Will be required to work within the office full time Monday - Friday.
* Additional flexible WFH hours available over the weekend but not required.

Pay: £12.00 per hour
