The Havas Global Team, dedicated to the JDEP is a culturally diverse, high-performing team of global specialists working in seamless collaboration, based in London, Barcelona, Madrid, Paris and Hong Kong. Our central team scope covers account management & client service, strategy, digital operations & activation, data & measurement, and investment.
The Team is leading the global Client relationship, in close collaboration with the JDEP Global Marketing Services, Global Brands and Procurement Teams. It guides and governs 50+ local Havas offices to drive excellence, consistency and best practice throughout JDE’s media strategy, planning and activation scope globally, fostering a strong, connected central-local network.

This role sits within a global account ecosystem and is designed to support clients at a global level.
The Global Account Manager will be responsible for managing central-local service delivery, across multiple areas of our scope, being a key member of the account operations core of the central team, connecting service deliverables within our central team across multiple disciplines, being a key contact to global clients as well as to our network of local teams. The role combines a versatile blend of multi-market media coordination, process & project management, strategy support and account management as well as supporting data management operations across workstreams.

Mission & Responsibilities
* Liaising with and building a strong relationship with the global clients in collaboration with the additional team members.
* Co-create global solutions, processes, guidelines, products & lead deployment across global community.
* Support global brand strategic deliverables, integrated comms guidelines development and manage projects with global brand and agency partner teams.
* Identify opportunities with existing local and global deliverables, processes, and operating models – drive continuous improvement connected operations & accountability.
* Taking ownership of global requests coming from global clients and ensure timely and quality responses, ensuring global governance guidelines are followed and quality assurance of the output sourced from the Havas global network.
* Working with the global clients and local Havas teams to understand strategic and operational requirements of upcoming and ongoing projects and ad hoc requests.
* Developing relationships with key local markets, regional hubs and other internal teams (investment, Adops team etc.).
* Provide support to local markets to ensure understanding of and compliance to global strategies and relevant local activations.
* Act as custodian of client processes and ensure local markets understanding and compliance, providing support and training to local markets and clients when necessary.
* Support the global teams in the collection and checking of regional data and insights for inclusion in global knowledge and insight deliverables such as media landscapes, planning benchmarks, etc.
* Line-manage Global Account Executive to develop their skillset, create new areas for growth, and coach them to advance their abilities and progress in their career.
Soft Skills & Competencies
* Strong media experience working with branding/performance campaigns, and especially strategic/planning experience is an advantage.
* Thorough understanding of the media planning and implementation process and the role of different media channels holistically in the context of a media strategy.
* Global media experience is preferred.
* At least 4 years’ experience in a media agency preferably in an international capacity and therefore with some coordination experience.
* Ability to liaise confidently with clients at all levels and react to diverse cultural practices.
* Commitment to projects, tasks, and workstreams, taking full accountability for their success.
* Relationship building skills internally (local offices, global teams, finance team) and externally (clients and media owners) with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish strong working relationships.
* Self-starter demonstrating initiative and proactiveness.
* Excellent attention to detail and timeline management, effective under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Lateral thinking and ability to detect opportunities and connect multiple workstreams for efficiency and best outcome.
* Analytical and thorough in understanding challenges and in identifying optimal solutions.
* Strong communication skills, both written and presentation skills.
