About the role:
The Governors of GCMS are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to join our administration team as soon as possible. The role is 25 hours per week, term time only plus 4 training days, and is initially for one year with a view to it being made permanent. The working pattern of this role is 7.45am - 12:45pm (Mon) and 8am to 1pm (Tues - Fri).
The successful candidate will support the operation and management of school office services and provide front of house customer service to our stakeholders.
We are looking for a candidate who:
* is an excellent and professional communicator
* is self-motivated and able to manage their own workload
* is an effective team player
* has attention to detail
* has excellent ICT skills
* has previous experience of working in a busy office environment
* has previous experience of school MIS e.g. Arbor, SIMS (desirable)
You must be dynamic and an enthusiastic team player who is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for the children of GCMS.
