Job Description
The duties of the procurement co-ordinator will include
3. Manage procurement operations and vendor relationships
4. Handle purchase orders and invoices in a timely manner
5. Process clean orders onto Sage X3
6. Place purchase orders against customer orders and monitor all raised PO`s
7. Collaborate with the team to identify cost-saving opportunities
8. Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulations
9. Assist in the development of procurement strategies and plans
10. Resolve any issues regarding delivered goods, pricing, and invoices
The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Coordinator should have:
11. Previous procurement experience
12. Excellent attention to detail skills
13. Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
14. Experience using Sage X3
15. Strong communication skills with the ability to build and develop relationships
16. Highly organised and a strong team player
