Job Title: 9-Month FTC, Early Careers Coordinator
Location: Barbican (London)
Working Arrangement: 50/50 Hybrid working
Salary: Up to 27,000
Role Overview:
The Early Careers Coordinator is a key member of the law firm's Early Careers Team which sits within the wider Talent Acquisition team. Their team is responsible for all recruitment and development of new early career joiners to the firm. This role supports both recruitment and development teams across several areas to ensure our early talent has the best experience in all engagements.
Duties include:
* Organisation and coordination of Assessment Centres
* Onboarding
* Event management: organisation and facilitation of events
* Planning and organising of all logistical components relating to the Insight & Internship programmes
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants for the position must be hard-working, hands-on and have at least six months of HR/Recruitment experience in a professional services environment, specifically in a law firm.
