What we are looking for:
Someone with strong leadership skills who is able to convey direction and empathy
An individual who is determined, innovative and uses their initiative
Calm under pressure and able to manage several priorities simultaneously
Someone who is committed to caring and passionate about making a difference for others
Do you have the following?:
A strong track record in a similar commercial, operational and management role
The skills and experience to lead, motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
The knowledge and commitment to deliver the highest possible standards of care in a luxury environment
Results driven and financially astute with the skills to manage budgets, achieve targets and deliver continuous improvement
The ability to inspire and lead by example, to be visible, supportive and inclusive
The flexibility and adaptability to be on call in emergencies, manage concerns and complaints and to cover key roles when necessary
