Customer Care Manager (12 Months - Maternity Cover)
Job Title: Customer Care Manager
Reports to: Head of Key Accounts UK
Focus: To manage the day-to-day operations in relation to customer communications and KPI management.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm
Purpose of the Position:
To build positive relationships with customers, serve as the escalation contact for day-to-day issues, and ensure that our customers remain satisfied with our service and feedback on key points.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines. You will be the primary contact point for NewCold's customer base on a daily basis, providing resolution to queries and working closely with all teams, both internal and external, to drive a positive customer-focused culture.
Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that NewCold customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Main Tasks and Duties:
* Build positive relationships both internally and externally.
* Deliver weekly KPI dashboards and data.
* Attend and present at relevant customer meetings.
* Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
* Direct queries to appropriate colleagues as required and use escalation when necessary.
* Ensure system accuracy from all departments (warehouse/transport, etc.).
* Actively participate in customer engagement and drive continuous improvement.
* Provide support to all relevant stakeholders.
* Develop and coach the customer care team.
* Support employee lifecycle, onboarding, performance, progression needs, and development.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
* Customer-facing: between 1 and 3 years.
* Logistics: between 1 and 3 years.
* Team Management: between 1 and 3 years.

Pay: £35,000.00 - £40,000.00 per year
