Role Description
This is a regional role on one of our largest clients, Electronic Arts. In this role, you will act as an important member of the regional planning discipline. You will represent the regional recommendations and have regular interaction with our regional clients, being a trusted voice at the agency to represent and deliver our work. You will work collaboratively across all disciplines and support in the day-to-day management of the account, reporting, delivery of plan, and executional excellence.

Key responsibilities:
1. Build strong, trusted relationships across the internal team and with key regional clients
2. Be adaptable and able to fit the unique culture of the team
3. Be comfortable presenting to represent work and ideas to both clients and internally
4. Set out the structure, process, tools, and talent by market to service our current and future international requirements
5. Support in organizing and managing numerous EMEA markets, as well as delivering the response logistically across all media channels
6. Manage financial aspects (including invoicing) of the account and contribute to trustworthy financial stewardship
7. Foresee and proactively resolve planning issues with the team leadership
8. Assist the client in the delivery against their objectives by understanding the challenges and opportunities and how media can support
9. Provide strategic input into the planning and execution of the plans to support these objectives
Who are you?
1. A highly detailed and organized individual with a strong track record
2. Experience in multi-market environments
3. Experience in delivering tactical plans and recommendation rationale directly to clients
4. A confident presenter who can support in building deck storytelling and clarity of recommendations
5. Experienced in running all aspects of a media plan – from initial brief to PCA
6. A good listener, able to collaborate with a wide cross-section of people
7. Exude the behaviors of the agency – Pioneering, Energetic, and Honest, and able to work with a diverse team and wider network to deliver consistently great work
8. A solid history of working across a range of projects, demonstrating your ability to be flexible and manage multiple workstreams at once
