We are on the hunt for a dynamic and process driven Senior Programme Manager to lead key projects across the business to drive the achievement of company goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience. This role will report directly to our Chief Finance Officer (CFO). This is a hybrid position, working two days in the Reading office (Green Park) and three days from home. Primary Purpose of the Position Ensure alignment with CFO on key projects/programmes ensuring these align with the company performance goals, including strategic and operational plans to manage projects through to delivery. Drive delivery of project goals through effective project management, inline with company goals. Ensure company goals remain relevant, and report any suggestions for change to CFO for consideration. Maximise efficiency and productivity through effective stakeholder management, creating a results driven environment. Priority areas set up of holistic reporting and implementation of PMO approach. Manage the production of the reporting of project status to Niterra, delivering in partnership with the CFO and CEO Review, develop, implement, and monitor project and programme frameworks to provide a clear view of objectives, progress, key milestones and ensure clear communication through effective presentations enabling key stakeholders to understand the project roadmap. Challenge legacy/pre-set frameworks and constructively feedback on improvements. Own and manage frameworks ensuring mitigation of any misalignment and maximising our opportunities to influence and deliver. Ensure compliance with local legalisation, Niterra HQ and local policies/procedures. Ensure structure is applied appropriately or create & define new processes where required. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Project & Programme Management: Create, manage, and distribute project plans/programmes and communications including but not limited to deliverables, schedules for progress and budgets where applicable. Ensure projects/programmes remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements. Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in the operational plan. Communicate frequently to management, workstream owners, and other stakeholders via clear and concise presentations actively addressing requested updates, delays and challenges. Maximise efficiency and productivity: Serve as POC for workstream owners and stakeholders to address inefficiencies and challenges, ensuring projects remain on track within the agreed timeframes. Report and resolve technical and operational issues to ensure alignment and understanding. Present recommendations for streamlined processes and procedures to enhance productivity. Business enablement: Lead cross-functional deep dives and special programmes addressing business challenges focusing on areas such as: revenue growth, cost optimisation, and organisational effectiveness. Review tools, processes, policies and procedures across all departments and provide all necessary analysis to support and implement changes in ways of operating to enable efficiency and positive user experience. Contribute to decision-making by providing the CFO, Niterra HQ and other key stakeholders (as required) with timely, detailed and accurate insights. Collaboration: Coach and influence the internal project team and workstream owners and ensure ongoing direction, prioritisation, knowledge sharing, development and training. Proactively contribute to plans and priorities for the department. Provide regular updates to the CFO, FMC Senior Leadership Team and Niterra (as required). Prepare communications/presentations for All-Company and Niterra updates. Legal & Compliance: Operate within legal and regulatory compliance requirements including the internal approval matrix. Immediately escalate any risks to the business to the CFO. Requirements Experience: 8 years experience in progressively responsible project or programme management roles. Strong organisation and communication skills for influencing, training and motivating teams, creating a results driven environment. Skilled in management processes such as business and organisation planning, change management, influencing multi-functional teams and controlling. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to strategies and devise solutions. High level of integrity, dependability, adaptability and reliability. Excellent presentational skills, making the complicated simple and ability to communicate and explain clearly. Knowledge & skills: Solid knowledge of industry’s legal rules, guidelines and diverse business principles and functions. Ability to use dashboards to drive performance measures and maximise company performance. Strong analytical skills demonstrating ability to gather, analyse and extract useful data. Strong presentational skills with the ability to present the complex in a simple and clear way. Problem-solving for improving processes, increasing efficiency and profits. Able to influence people and take decisions. Solid listening, communication and collaborating skills across all levels. Proficiency in various software, such as MS Word, MS Excel (Advanced desirable), PowerPoint and other Office software. Strong PowerPoint skills are essential.
