The role is to cook and prepare, cook and serve food and beverages to tenants and visitors attending the Luncheon club and to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen which meet Food Safety Standards. The role requires you to: To cater for approximately 50 meals a day, in the preparation of food and to include the preparation. To prepare a weekly menu To set up the service area for meals. Service of meals ensuring good food presentation.
