Key Responsibilities
* Leading and inspiring a team of colleagues within the Recoveries department (Claims)
* Setting and managing colleagues' annual and monthly objectives, and holding regular monthly one-to-one meetings to optimise performance
* Providing monthly coaching and development plans, ensuring each colleague is receiving the right level of support
* Conducting regular audits on colleagues
* Managing all HR related issues in line with business best practice
Skills we would love you to have
* Previous team management experience (insurance/claims experience beneficial)
* Proven track record of driving and delivering results
* Committed to own self-development and that of colleagues

* Salary – Attractive salary based on experience (pay reviews also completed each year)
