Position Overview
The Total Rewards Specialist will play a key role in developing and managing our compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. This individual will help ensure that our total rewards offerings are competitive, aligned with our company goals, and attractive to both current and prospective employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
* Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
* Assist in the annual compensation review process, including salary structure adjustments and incentive program management.
* Provide data analysis and reporting on compensation and benefits metrics.
* Serve as a subject matter expert for employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
* Assist with compliance and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits administration.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts.
* Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
* Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or other relevant certification is a plus.
