Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and compelling Business Operations Manager – Rockstar to join our integrated beverage powerhouse at Carlsberg Britvic. In this high-profile role, you will be the Commercial Lead for the Rockstar brand portfolio, driving performance and building long-term growth plans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Category, Value Strategy, Value Realization, Supply Planning, and Co-Pack Procurement, to design, deploy, and deliver brand objectives for Volume, Net Revenue, Profit, and Market Share.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and support stakeholders to ensure delivery of budget/AOP outcomes and brand activation priorities.
2. Lead performance insight analysis, facilitate discussions, and own input into Customer cycle meetings.
3. Maintain tracking documents, share best-in-class diagnosis, and course-correct action plans.
4. Drive Go-To-Market conversations with PepsiCo stakeholders and support the Solus Field team.
5. Develop long-term AOP plans with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth.
6. Support brand teams with insights and disruptive activation/launch plans.
7. Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to manage stock levels and minimize discounted stock.
8. Develop a strong understanding of the S&I channel for the Stimulant category.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
1. Proven ability to influence at a senior level, propose course-corrections, and seek consensus.
2. Strong financial and commercial comprehension, communication skills, and project/cross-functional delivery experience.
3. Highly motivated, driven, and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
4. Commercial (Account management) or Central Commercial Role experience is beneficial.
