Job Title: Social Worker – Mental Health Team
Location: Cornwall
Rate: £32 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at the Cornwall Council. They are looking for a new member for their Mental Health Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will conduct Care Act Assessments and Mental Capacity Assessments (MCA). You will make Best Interests decisions, develop and implement Support Plans, and request care and support as needed. Your focus will be on reablement strategies, assistive technology, and community resources to support clients.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To succeed in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK driving license, and have post-qualified experience. You should also have a degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in Social Work.
