Enterprise Architect - £700PD - Inside IR35
I am currently working with a leader in the broadcasting industry who are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join them on a contract basis. They are looking for an individual with strong experience in Media Supply chain, Digital Asset Management and Cloud Technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies, focusing on Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions within an AWS cloud environment.
* Lead the design and integration of scalable, secure, and high-performing DAM systems to streamline content workflows and digital asset lifecycle management.
* Provide technical leadership on cloud adoption, ensuring best practices for AWS services, including S3, EC2, Lambda, RDS, and AI/ML capabilities for asset management.
* Collaborate with engineering, security, and business teams to align DAM architecture with overall enterprise goals and compliance requirements.
* Evaluate and recommend DAM platforms and tools, ensuring interoperability with existing IT infrastructure.
* Drive automation, metadata management, and AI-driven tagging solutions to enhance asset discoverability and governance.
Skills
* Strong experience as an Enterprise Architect working in media supply chain.
* Strong understanding of media workflows, digital asset management, and content distribution.
* Experience with media technologies such as DAM (Digital Asset Management), MAM (Media Asset Management), and CMS (Content Management Systems).
* Proficiency in cloud platforms and their media services.
* Essential: AWS (must have)
* Desirable: Azure, Google Cloud (good to have in addition to AWS)
* Extensive understanding of interoperability as a technology function
* Ability to succinctly convert business, operational and strategic requirement into technical solutions
* Deep media industry knowledge of both existing and emerging media supply chain products and operating models
* Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in media supply chain management.
