What will you do
1. Reporting into the Business Unit Head you will have direct P+L ownership of two customers, and responsibility for all of our iconic brand portfolios. You will directly line manage and aid the development of a placement student, who will support you on these customers.
2. Delivery of specified business targets (sales, spend and profit targets - INS, TCI, NTS, Net GP).
3. Full forecasting and spend management for your customers, making accurate forecasts to your supply team and commercial strategy & planning contacts.
4. Responsible for building positive and collaborative relationships with your customers, and representing your customers’ requirements to the Kenvue business.
5. Building and supervising a Joint Business Plan with these retailers to ensure delivery of key metrics for the Kenvue and business partner.
What are we looking for
1. A proven track record of strong commercial performance from sales, profitability and share point.
2. Strong commercial acumen and excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
3. Experience in FMCG sphere and running a whole account or at least one category within a large account.
4. Ability to identify sales-driving opportunities and drive business effectiveness.
5. Ability to engage your customers and collaborate with Kenvue experts to identify areas of opportunity and alignment to develop strategies that build joint business value.
6. Adapt to evolving business conditions and see them as an opportunity to take calculated risks that enhance business outcomes.
