Primary Teacher – Key Stage 2
Are you a QTS Primary Teacher looking for a new opportunity at a welcoming and supportive school? Do you have experience teaching either year 5 or 6? This vibrant Ofsted “Good” primary school is looking to add an experienced Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher to the team to teach either a Year 5 or Year 6 class. With excellent behaviour, and supportive staff, this is a wonderful opportunity for a Primary Teacher who is looking to make a lasting impact on the lives of pupils.
You will be working closely with the other Key Stage 2 Teachers to plan and deliver lessons that stretch and inspire pupils. Leadership is supportive and will make you feel like part of the team from day one. A strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum is essential for this role as this school has very high standards of teaching. This role requires a QTS Primary Teacher and is not suitable for an ECT.
Job Role:
1. Teaching either a Year 5 or 6 class.
2. Planning and delivering engaging lessons for pupils.
3. Taking part in whole school activities, trips and awards days.
4. Managing the classroom effectively, promoting positive behaviours.
5. Working alongside an experienced team of Primary Teachers and Teaching Assistants to deliver an outstanding education to all students.
