Curriculum Lead: Computing
We have an opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to work with our Curriculum Manager as a Curriculum Lead, with responsibility for Computing.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring learners' quality of education is exceptional and that they are supported to achieve and exceed their potential.
You will drive high expectations and aspirations for the defined area of provision, oversee the relevant sections related to personal development, and work to make improvements as necessary.
As a Curriculum Lead, you should:
1. Hold a relevant teaching qualification
2. Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant subject area
3. Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in the relevant subject area
4. Evidence effective tracking and monitoring of a wide range of students on a variety of programmes
You should also be able to demonstrate:
1. Teaching delivery in Computing levels 1 – 3, including T-Levels
2. Experience of curriculum design and delivery
3. Experience of developing and maintaining strong employer relationships
4. Proven track record of achieving targets, within budget and on time
5. Experience of pastoral duties and/or personal development lead
