We're looking for an experienced (2 year +) recruitment consultant to join our growing team.

We're a 20-month-old construction recruitment consultancy with a combined 17 years recruitment experience looking for a recruitment consultant to join our team.

We're 20 months into our journey after starting up in April 2023 and pride ourselves on putting people first in every element of what we do.

Truth be told we still have some elements of a scrappy start up, we've also got some amazing processes and ways of work that have built a solid client base which has got us to the point of hiring.

The Role

You'll manage the 360-recruitment process working with Construction professionals and helping them find permanent roles.

In essence, you will -

1. Manage your own recruitment desk and drive results (we've got some awesome desks already built)
2. Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
3. Become a genuine expert in your field putting people first!
4. Run the entire 360 recruitment process - start to finish
