What you'll do:
1. Manage team scheduling, attendance, holidays, and payroll for a warehouse team.
2. Hire, train, and provide coaching to Mechanics.
3. Coordinate the procurement process for equipment orders and office supplies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in sourcing and delivery.
4. Collaborate with managers to set procedures, policies, and processes.
5. Identify issues and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to select equipment that aligns with the company's design and aesthetic standards.
7. Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the warehouse.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by completing all assigned actions and tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
9. Support with day-to-day operational tasks and additional ad-hoc job-related tasks as assigned.
10. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in all aspects of the role, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
About You:
1. 1-3 years of professional work experience; ideally 1+ year of experience within an Operations position, office management, or administrative role.
2. Experience leading teams or groups preferred.
3. Excellent time management and communication skills.
4. Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
5. Familiarity with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
8. Willingness to learn, a great attitude, and the ability to work well with others - teamwork is key to success!
