Overall Purpose:
We are seeking a Mixed Tax Director. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate and personal tax, and running a team of 15 staff members.
Brief Job Description:
As a Mixed Tax Director, your role will involve:
1. Advising the partners and their clients on all aspects of their taxation affairs.
2. Writing tax advisory reports and newsletters/bulletins.
3. Proactively identifying and addressing client needs and providing innovative tax solutions.
4. Assisting with HMRC enquiries.
5. Representing the firm in client meetings.
Minimum Qualifications Requirements for the Role:
1. Be CTA qualified.
2. Extensive mixed tax experience gained within a UK accountancy practice environment.
3. Excellent technical tax knowledge.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Experience advising in all areas of taxation.
6. Have experience in staff management.
7. Acute business acumen.
