Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader
Salary: Market Rate
Location: Church Gresley
Hours: 40 Hours per week, Monday - Friday
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at The Pallet LOOP.
Your role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to lead the administration of our daily product shipments and collections. You
will also manage the team controlling collections, deliveries and haulier orders for Recovery and Loop products across the UK.
In this role you will be responsible for motivating and engaging the administration team ensuring a high quality of service is
provided to our customers. You will also work with other teams to develop innovative and efficient ways of working.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have administration management experience, demonstrating the ability to supervise
and train staff. Knowledge of logistics and transport coordination would also be beneficial.
