5. Grow the Family: Promote and sell memberships, welcoming new faces to our community.
6. Build the Dream Team: Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive environment.
7. Stay Connected: Host regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and development.
8. Safety First: Ensure health and safety guidelines are always followed.
9. Manage the Numbers: Prepare and oversee budgets, keeping our finances in check.

Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience working as a Leisure Club Manager or in a similar role.
* A degree or diploma in leisure management, sports management, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to lead and motivate a team of staff.
* A good understanding of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
