Job Title: Roadshow Coordinator Location: London Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Roadshow Coordinator to join our EMEA Events team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing approximately 50 events per year, with a focus on roadshows across 12 European markets. This role requires extensive travel, particularly during peak months in January, February, September, and October. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage detailed project plans for each roadshow, ensuring all logistical elements are covered. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to secure venues, transportation, accommodations, and other necessary services. Budget Management: Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines. Track expenses and provide regular financial reports to the Head of EMEA Events. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior executives, including Market Heads of Investments and the EMEA Investments Strategy team, to understand event objectives and tailor experiences accordingly. Work closely with speakers and manage all aspects of speaker coordination, including briefing, scheduling, and logistics. Serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries and communications, ensuring alignment with J.P. Morgan's strategic goals. Communications: Prepare and develop copy for event invitations and related materials. Build and manage the distribution of invitations, ensuring timely and effective communication with the front office. Coordinate with other partners to ensure consistency and clarity in messaging. On-site Management: Oversee the execution of events on-site, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise. Coordinate with local teams in each market to ensure seamless event delivery. Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports on event outcomes and insights for future planning. Qualifications: Proven experience in roadshow coordination, with a track record of successfully managing multiple events across different locations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle complex logistics and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives, clients, and partners. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel extensively across Europe. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the financial services industry or a similar corporate environment. Familiarity with European markets and cultures. Fluency in additional European languages is a plus.
