Job Description: TikTok Live-streaming EU Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, serving hundreds of millions of users on TikTok. We are looking for a product operation manager who can develop a product strategic plan and promote the feature to the next level in the EU market. The ideal candidate is familiar with LIVE content and campaigns, proficient in strategic thinking and cross-team communication, and deeply passionate about problem solving and social interaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop & drive go-to-market strategic plan for product features in EU, collaborating with central product teams and regional markets.
2. Confirm short and long-term goals for product growth and identify levers to achieve the goals.
3. Develop & implement LIVE creator education plan regarding LIVE product features, including LIVE match, creator's team, multi-guest, etc.
4. Plan and drive regional campaigns to raise user awareness and feature growth.
5. Identify key scenarios of local market and team up with XFN teams to amplify the scenarios.
6. Scale & operationalize products and processes, facilitating strategies and key deliverables across all cross-functional partners (Product, Product Ops, Product Marketing, Creator Management, Content/Campaign, GR/PR/Legal).
7. Collect product feedback from LIVE creators, and help product teams optimize multiple features.
8. Be the leading strategic thought-partner to Creator/Content/Campaign leads supporting growth through identifying key areas of improvement, driving new initiative strategies, and developing scalable playbooks.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 5 years of content operation experience or product operation experience.
2. Strong sense of content and user empathy, able to abstract qualitative content judgment based on user feedback.
3. Solid experience in identifying and summarizing core concepts among thousands of scenarios.
4. Quick learner, self-driven, and result oriented.
5. Understanding of content quality definitions and principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Cross regional experience is highly preferred.
3. Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture.
4. Creative mindset focused on driving business parameters forward.
5. Solid understanding of the social/livestream market.
