Our well-established client is growing rapidly and now requires a Roofing Contracts Manager to join their team and take responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and profitably.

Roofing Contracts Manager - Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Visits and Planning:
Conduct site visits and surveys to develop detailed plans, realistic budgets, and accurate timescales.
Generate profitable and competitive quotes.
2. Client and Subcontractor Management:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, site managers, and subcontractors.
Resolve disputes and manage client expectations effectively.
3. Financial Oversight:
Gather information for invoicing at project completion and ensure compliance with transactions.
Chase late payments and secure purchase orders for additional contract work.
4. Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain accurate contractual records, including correspondence, variations, and customer details.
Monitor transaction compliance and ensure adherence to competitive terms.
5. Health & Safety:
Ensure all health and safety regulations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Promote best practices on-site to ensure safe and compliant working conditions.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Who Are We Looking For?
The following qualifications and certifications are desirable:
1. Health & Safety Certifications: SSSTS, SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, Asbestos Awareness
2. Technical Qualifications: NVQs, IPAF, PASMA, Temporary Works
3. Experience in Roofing, Construction or related industries as a Contracts Manager
