We are partnering with a leading global Law Firm to find an Employment Associate for its Edinburgh office. The role is part of the firm’s Employment Team, which handles contentious employment matters for major organisations across sectors such as technology, retail, and financial services.
The role includes managing complex projects, advising on high-profile cases, and representing clients at tribunals. The successful candidate will also oversee junior team members and help shape the development of employment law.
Candidates should have at least 4 years’ PQE with experience in employment law. While Scottish-qualified Lawyers are preferred, Australian and New Zealand-qualified Lawyers willing to retrain will also be considered.
