Chief Executive Haven House Children’s Hospice
Haven House Children’s Hospice provides compassionate care and dignity to children and families facing serious illness. As CEO, you will shape its future, expanding reach, strengthening services, and uniting teams to ensure every child receives the support they deserve.
Haven House Children’s Hospice believes that every child and family should be supported to reach their potential. We provide a range of services to children and families living with serious illness, supporting them through some of the most difficult circumstances imaginable. We offer planned respite, therapeutic and end-of-life care, as well as services designed to improve emotional and physical wellbeing in the hospice and in our local community across Northeast London, West Essex and East Hertfordshire.
Our vision is to deliver the best quality care for extraordinary children and their families when and where they choose. Our strategy is underpinned by a series of objectives around enabling choice, expanding collaboration, and increasing our reach. As our new CEO, you will be responsible for leading the organisation, developing and building on its significant clinical reputation, making it a force for good in its locality and refreshing our strategy for the years to come.
There are many challenges for you as our next CEO to tackle. As the leader of a high-profile children’s hospice these include extending our reach and support across our local highly diverse community, building on our clinical work in being integral to the healthcare community of our locality and making a step change in our fundraising. A hospice is all about its people, so you will be focused on ensuring we work together across our diverse talents to operate as one Haven House, supporting and stimulating our employed teams and engaging across our volunteer networks.
This is a great opportunity for a CEO who will make a difference and will be rewarded both in our delivering vital support today and in leading Haven House further forward to provide wider and enduring care for the years to come.
