Description Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR and Legal teams. Assist with HR processes and documentation. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally. Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. Keep up-to-date with legal regulations and changes in the professional services industry. Participate in HR projects and initiatives. Help organise and schedule meetings and appointments. Perform other administrative tasks as required. Profile A successful 'HR Administrator/Legal Secretary should have: A strong background in HR and Legal Secretarial work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Knowledge of HR processes and legal regulations. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
