Here are some of your responsibilities Use Management Information systems to effectively capture and report accurate data, ensuring timelines are met. Checking timesheets Arranging training sessions Deal with situations ensuring queries and problems are resolved and escalated appropriately. Compliance with Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental policies, procedures and standards. We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate Ability to complete administrative processes efficiently and effectively, ensuring work priorities are met. It’s essential that you have previous administration experience as well as accurate Microsoft office skills with good intermediate knowledge of excel.Good verbal and written communication skills. You’ll be liaising with colleagues, clients, and suppliers, so great communication skills are also essential, alongside good organisational skills, ability to problem solve and excellent attention to detail.
