About the role
The Customer Service team at IOSH thrives on putting the customer at the heart of all that we do.
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Customer Service Centre Advisor is the first point of contact for our customers via multiple channels such as Email, Telephone, and Digital platforms. You will support them with their primary needs while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
This fast-paced environment offers daily challenges and opportunities to make a real impact, from handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to working on exciting projects and providing first-class administrative support. The role is diverse and rewarding.

What you'll bring
Candidates should have previous customer service experience within a customer contact centre environment, handling queries proficiently over the phone, email, and webchat.
You should demonstrate resilience, work independently, handle complaints calmly, and work under pressure.
Efficiency, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize a busy workload are essential, along with strong administrative skills.

* Experience working in a customer contact centre environment.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
* Administrative experience.
