The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Care Coordinator (Legal Administration Assistant) to join our Saffron Walden office to support our Commercial Property team. Occasionally y ou will be required to travel to our Cambridge office to cover for holidays and attend meetings. As a Client Care Coordinator (Legal Administration Assistant) at Tees you will be working directly with our expert Lawyers and other professional specialists and liaising with clients, Client Care Coordinators at Tees are integral to helping their team deliver of the very highest levels of client service across the firm. Supporting our Commercial Property lawyers, you will support the Client Care Leader with your team’s workload ensuring exceptional and proactive administrative support. As a Client Care Coordinator some of your duties will include: Obtaining an understanding of client requirements to provide exceptional client focused service to both the solicitors and clients. Research client information and other matters as directed by Client Care Leader/Manager or solicitor. In the absence of the Client Care Leader/Manager monitor emails and other correspondence on behalf of solicitors. Dealing with requests, queries, or enquiries; acting as point of contact in Client Care colleague’s absence and ensuring relevant matters are dealt with or escalated as appropriate. Working with the wider Client Care group to ensure consistency of approach and provide cover to support teams across their location.
