About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Professional to join our team in Scotland. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of chemicals and equipment used in industrial cleaning, preparation, and decontamination applications.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing new industrial accounts, experience in selling direct to end-users, and a strong field sales background. You will be based on patch, with a defined territory covering Scotland, and will be expected to build business across the area.

They invest heavily in talent and training, and are now looking for a forward-thinking sales professional to continue their growth. This is a brand-new role, born out of growth, and offers 100% new business development opportunities.
About the Job
This is a fast-paced position, requiring high activity levels, with around 10-15 calls per day. The successful candidate will be expected to grow their area into a developed territory, with a hit rate of four new accounts brought on a month. All won new business will be kept by the individual.
About the Package
The salary package includes a basic salary of £30k-£35k, plus monthly commission, leading to an OTE of £45k in Year 1. Additional benefits include a company car, phone/laptop, pension, and 20 days holiday (rising to 25 after 2 years). Candidates must have a clean driving licence and be willing to go the extra mile.
