You ll join the newly formed housing services senior management team, working closely with other managers, providing expert guidance on service charges and home ownership. You ll drive continuous improvement and ensure mhs provide an excellent customer experience to our homeowners. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of service charges, maximising income and maintaining compliance with evolving legislation. We re looking for someone to build a high performing team, fostering a customer focused culture and tailoring services based on homeowner feedback.
