We connect them with over 600+ service providers of truck parking, vehicle washing and road tolls to simplify fleet management and drive revenues for our service partners.
We plan to invest heavily and develop our technology to continue to grow our network across Europe - making it an exciting and rewarding time to be part of our continuous success story.
Commercial value, productivity and employee engagement are key to achieving an efficient and effective software factory. The Software Delivery Manager will look at the commercial aspirations of the business and work with Project Managers, Product leads, and Senior Developers to create deliveries of value-adding software based on the principles of agile delivery and the theory of constraints.
This is a key role for the business as it will influence the roadmaps of the four key SNAP products and ensure that value is being delivered against each. It is vital that delivery plans take into consideration the completion of the removal of legacy software as well as the constant need to assess, re-enforce and be proactive in the space of cyber security.
The Software Delivery Manager will ensure the throughput of the software squads working with the teams to improve software delivery process and practice. It is important that this is done in a collaborative way. Each software product squad must be given autonomy to function as a self-managing delivery team within the boundaries of overall KPI metrics to be introduced by the Software Delivery Manager.
The wider business and in particular Senior Leadership Team and Commercial Team will be reliant on the Software Delivery Manager to communicate delivery plans in line with agreed value, relating deliveries to commercial opportunities and/or new functionality for the commercial team to take to the marketplace.
Line management of a team of Software Developers will be vital to ensuring the engagement and personal development of the technical staff. Those Developers must be rotated through the product squads to ensure the knowledge of the products is shared throughout the team.
