We are looking for an enthusiastic, well motivated individual, to join our small friendly Nuclear Medicine Team at ESNEFT (Colchester Hospital) as a clerical officer.
Nuclear Medicine is a small highly specialised unit, based in the Turner Diagnostic Centre, where we provide a service to a diverse range of service users.
You will have contact with patients, visitors, clinical and non-clinical staff and external users of the department. Experience working within the NHS is desirable, but training will be given where required.
If you are self motivated, and like to be kept busy with a varied range of reception, clerical tasks, and some patient care, then come and join our team in nuclear medicine.
This post will be 8:30 - 16:30 Monday to Friday (subject to change upon needs of the service)
Your main duties will be the day to day administrative duties in the nuclear medicine department, which include, telephone enquiries, sending appointment letters, using the departmental computer systems such as CRIS, ICE, evolve and Xero viewer. Contacts within the hospital will be with portering services, and service users within the Trust, as well as external stakeholders.
