ABC Teachers is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to work in an SEN School in Redditch on a full-time basis.
About the Role:
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised assistance to secondary students aged 11-16 with behavioural difficulties.
This is a fantastic opportunity to really make a difference to young people’s lives by supporting a range of students who experience barriers to learning.
Classes are small between 2-8 students per class allowing you to make more of an impact, you will be supporting Teachers in student learning and providing pastoral care and guidance.
The role is on a full-time basis with the possibility to be ongoing for the right candidate.

Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting, especially with those who have special needs, is desirable.
