Description
The Governance Advisor / Officer will be part of the Governance team reporting into the Head of Governance from their Liverpool office. They will support on:
1. Support Board, Committee, and Executive meetings
2. Agenda setting
3. Preparation of papers
4. Minute taking
5. Organise and record evidence to support the housing association's governance actions
Profile
The successful Governance Advisor / Officer will have some experience within a governance or co-sec function ideally within a not-for-profit environment.
Job Offer
This is a 13-month contract with a basic salary of up to £32,000 + benefits. Hybrid working from their Liverpool office (2 days in the office, 3 from home).
