WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Team Leader you will lead the day-to-day operations for a specific team, ensure service levels, compliance and drive continuous improvements in line with set targets for service, efficiency and cost.
You will:
1. Lead, manage, and organize an outbound/inbound department team, and monitor productivity
2. Support inbound/outbound Department Manager in maximizing operational excellence, quality, and efficiency
3. Secure efficiency and smooth operations in a cost-efficient way and according to H&M operational & sustainability standards
4. Understand the features of the systems used in the warehouse, to be able to run the operation on a daily basis
5. Identify risks and issues in daily DC operation departments and report to inbound/outbound Department manager
6. Be responsible for conducting formal HR processes in line with company policy
7. Set and secure plan for recruitment, succession and talent development
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will oversee a team of DC Associates by leading daily operations, organizing their workload and serving as their primary point of support. In this role, you will assist the Department Manager in optimizing operational excellence. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including system specialists, wave planners, and the controlling team, to identify and mitigate risks and issues ensuring operational efficiency.

3. Good understanding of warehouse management system
4. Knowledgeable in operational inbound/outbound logistics standards, as well as department sustainability targets

6. Strong communicators and possess excellent coordination skills
