Responsibilities:HR
Providing HR support to UK& Houston businesses.
HRadministration of employee s holidays sickness and other leaveadhoc letters/memosetc.
Recruitment placing advertslogging and screening CVs replying to candidates sourcingrecruitment resources and booking and conductinginterviews.
Maintain employeepersonnel records.
All employeeFiling including keeping the employees training files up todate.
Log monitor and recordemployee probationary reviews to ensure they are completed ontime.
Issuing employee Terms andConditions including amendment letter and othervariations.
Administrate andcirculate notes of meetings & discussions to the relevantpeople
Maintaining companyHandbook and Policies.
Maintainingand develop all HRPolicies.
Maintaining the CompanyPPE register.
Managing the CompanyPrivate Health Carepolicy.
Processing monthlypensions
Keeping up to date ongovernment grants in respect oftraining.
Maintaining and developCompany H&Sprocedures.
Health &Safety administration
Maintainingthe Company HR records.
Ensurethat effective employee entry and exit programmes i.e. inductionand exit interviews are carried out and documented with allemployees.

Coachingthe management team whenever required in HR relatedissues.
Ensuring job descriptionsare maintained for allroles
Ensuring all HRpolicies/procedures/documentation meet the requirements of ISO9001.
Ensuring allwork/tasks/procedures/documentation meet the requirements of OELQuality Systems &procedures.
KnowledgeSkills Education Training andExperience:
Must have minimumqualification of Business Administration level 3 or working towardsor equivalent.
Must hold arelevant HR qualification such as Assoc. CIPD CPP or equivalent orbe prepared to work towardsone.
Must have previous experiencein administration within a busy office environment ideally from aHR department.
Must have previousexperience in operating a switchboard and excellent customerservice skills.
Excellentinterpersonal skills face to face and on the telephone to adapt andtalk to managers of alllevels.
Must be PC literate withthe competence to use Word Excel Powerpoint Email and Internetsuccessfully.
Must have proventeamworking skills.
Planning andorganisational skills are also required to ensure departmental andbusiness objectives and deadlines are met whilst ensuring theintegrity of theCompany.
