Chichester College, part of the Chichester College Group Ref: CC0759 Premises Officer (2 Posts available) £23,151 per annum, plus £60 per month Chichester site allowance 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year We are recruiting for a Premises Officer to work as part of the Chichester College Estates team. As our Premises Officer, you will provide a friendly and efficient service throughout the day to meet the campus operational needs, under the direct supervision of the Premises Supervisor and in collaboration with other Estates team members. Our Premises Officer will provide a day-to-day response to maintenance and caretaking needs, as well as general college security duties and fire warden duties when required. Our Premises Officer will have relevant experience of working within maintenance or a building services environment and be able to work cooperatively as part of a team and using own initiative. The shift pattern for this role is 6:00am-2pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm (Monday to Friday). The early and late shifts are worked on alternative weeks.
