VANRATH are delighted to be partnering exclusively with our client in Craigavon to find an experienced Credit Controller to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing sales ledgers for the UK and ROI
- Conducting daily and weekly sales invoicing
- Managing ad hoc invoicing for other parts of the business
- Preparing statements and allocating customer payments
- Reviewing and analysing debtor ledgers
- Implementing credit control across all ledgers, ensuring compliance with customer terms
- Addressing and resolving customer invoicing and credit issues promptly and confidently
- Setting up new customers, ensuring completion of all necessary forms in line with internal policies and external regulations
- Delivering weekly reports to the Financial Controller
About you:
1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in Credit control role
2. Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced finance team
3. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
4. Minimum of 3 A-Levels
5. Proven IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
