We are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to join our team, playing a pivotal role in driving business growth through key marketing initiatives and operational support.
It is a unique opportunity to work in a start-up, covering strategy, customer insight and activation including partnerships, social media, digital and customer service. For those looking to move to the next level it also provides the opportunity to grow and shape the role as the company evolves.
You will be able to operate across B2B and B2C, think strategically and be prepared to roll up your sleeves to get stuck in across other aspects of the business including sales, operations and finance.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Insight Generation & Strategy
1. Undertake feedback calls with all customers 2 months post assessment
2. Set up customer feedback system & data reporting
3. Report on monthly KPI’s via Zoho, website (GA4 & GSC), LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads
4. Bi-annual competitor & pricing review
5. Support founders & fractional CMO in annual performance review & development of quarterly marketing strategy
Zoho CRM Management
1. Maintenance of data lists
2. Management of nurture flows & service flows
3. Working closely with our agency to manage Zoho across the marketing funnel increasing customer acquisition and conversion
Website Management
1. Maintenance of WordPress website, including issue resolution, updates & amends, redirects, amending broken links
2. Management of external agencies (website, SEO, CRM & Google ads) to deliver against KPI’s
3. Management of landing pages, based on Google ads insight
4. Blog strategy & management, based on SEO insight
5. Support on SEO administrative tasks
B2B Partnerships / Outreach
1. Engagement, outreach and inviting connections across Company & 2 x Director LinkedIn
2. Identifying / attending network events
3. B2B lead follow up and relationship management
4. Creation and management of B2B customer communication flows
5. Development of collaborative partnerships
Content Creation & Social Media
1. Creation of communication strategy across key channels including website, LinkedIn, monthly newsletter, Facebook.
2. Creation and management of written, visual and video content to support purchase process.
3. Regular newsletters, LinkedIn posts for company page, LinkedIn posts for 2x Director pages, Facebook posts for company page.
4. Ad hoc blogs, webinars & downloadable resources (utilising founders experience & identifying/recruiting guest content), marketing & B2B sales brochures, case studies.
Operations
The Operations part of the role is expected to be 1 day per week initially, but as the business grows we will ensure administrative/operations support in this area. These responsibilities will not be in the long-term scope of the role.
1. Daily completion of operational tasks outside of service flows to deliver high quality services (e.g. date & time allocation, ensuring payment & pre-assessment form completion, sending/saving reports)
2. Answer support phone line to convert queries into bookings and manage customers through the service delivery
3. Co-ordination of assessor availability
4. Management of customer credit notes & refunds
5. Exceptional customer service throughout customer journey at all touch points
6. Support founders in delivering any operational process amends
ROLE ESSENTIALS
Experience:
1. Operating ZohoCRM
2. Creating written, visual & video marketing content across a variety of channels
3. Managing partnerships and stakeholders, including LinkedIn outreach
4. Social media planning
ROLE DESIREABLES
Experience:
1. In a start-up or SME environment
2. In both B2B and B2C
3. Managing external marketing resource to deliver KPI’s
4. In the neurodivergence, mental health or disability fields
5. Working within a flexible SME marketing budget
6. In account-based marketing and customer relationship management
7. Using Canva & WordPress
Knowledge of:
1. Google ads & SEO, to effectively manage external agencies

UK applicants only please. Our head office is based in Leeds, although we deliver services remotely across the UK. Ideally, we would be looking for availability to work in the Leeds office 1-2 days per week, however for the ideal candidate we would consider a role that is more remotely based.
The hours are 37.5 per week. There is some flexibility as to how the hours are worked across the week (for example the role could be arranged to work around childcare or caring needs).
