We are a leading Interpreting and Translation Company in the UK providing face-to-face and remote interpreting services for Hospitals, Councils, Insurance Companies, and other public and private sector organizations. We are urgently seeking to fill our Interpreter Job vacancies in Farnham, Beaconsfield, Denham, and across Berkshire and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
* Highly skilled and proficient Interpreters located anywhere across Berkshire are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent command of both English and the second language, with a good understanding of cultural dynamics.
* Mastery of correct word order and grammar in phrases and sentences.
* Wide vocabulary, including synonyms, idiomatic expressions, proverbs, and quotations.
* Good communication skills: clear enunciation, pronunciation, professional tone.
* Competency in industries like Medical, Financial, Insurance, Courts & Tribunals, Police, and Government Agencies.
* Familiarity with industry terminology, procedures, and products.
* Applicants must present a DBS certificate, educational qualifications, two references, and a DPSI or Community Interpreting Certificate.
Scope of Work:
Interpret for patients, clients, and end-users who speak limited or no English. Attend hospitals, GP practices, Social Services, Job Centres, and other organizations. May include home visits, always with a professional accompaniment.
