1. The Department
Our Boys Academy Department has been awarded the prestigious category one status accolade, demonstrating that we provide the highest level of quality coaching, education, training, and facilities for our youth football provision.
To support our ambitious plans for nurturing, encouraging and developing talent at this level, we have some exciting opportunities for Drivers to join our Academy Transport Team.
2. The Role
Our Academy Transport Team plays an integral part in the wider Boys Academy Department by providing transport for the Academy players and scholars to and from all Club sites in line with the Club’s Safeguarding Guidelines. We have two exciting opportunities for Drivers to join our team on the following arrangements:
1. Part-Time, Permanent – working 20 hours a week including evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays
2. Variable / Casual Hours - Fixed Term until 30 June 2025
This role will be vital in creating a positive experience for our players and scholars. This will include picking families and players from home, host families, schools, and any other pick-up points as specified by the Club.
You may also have the opportunity to support with wider Academy operations, for example, collecting tickets as and when required.

3. The Person
We are looking for professional and organised Drivers who will represent the Club in a trusted role.
You must hold a full UK driving licence, D1 Licence, and be available to work flexibly including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of stakeholders.
You must have the ability to remain calm and patient under pressure and always demonstrate discretion and confidentiality.
