Job Summary
The Skin Therapist/Clinic Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic and reports to the Clinic Director. This role suits a candidate who is passionate about achieving outstanding results in the Aesthetic & Skin Field and is used to working in a fast-paced environment within a fantastic team.
Your role will be to ensure that all patients receive the best care, experiencing the best service and products resulting in a flawless patient journey at The Aesthetic Clinic Stirling based on our Patient Promise. The main focus will be on patients' skin, focusing on consultations and aesthetic treatments.
Attend open days, educational events, and training when required.
Responsibilities
* Promote packages and ensure patients are on monthly payment packages for facials and regularly review all patients' skin care protocols.
* Perform all treatments to the highest standard at all times in line with The Aesthetic Clinic Stirling.
* Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness in the clinic, ensuring the clinic always looks well presented.
* Familiarise yourself with the company mission, vision, and values, which link to our model of desired behaviours that we expect all employees to display.
* Encourage patients to take the in-clinic promotions and ensure all patients have a skin prescription in conjunction with aesthetic treatment.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional development and collaboration among staff members.
* Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy to maintain strong client relationships.
Skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling, record keeping, and financial management.
* HND/HNC in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
* Experience would be advantageous; however, a very passionate outlook on skin care would also be advantageous.

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 30 per week
