A fantastic global law firm are looking for a highly organised and experienced individual within a recruitment capacity in order to maintain and improve the procedural consistency and quality within the wider HR department. Based across multiple global offices, this particular company have offices within a sensational central Birmingham location. This role is full time and is on an initial temporary basis for 1 month but may be extended. They are seeking an individual to carry out the following tasks:
Professional liaison with external recruitment agencies, fee earners and secretaries in order to organise candidate interviews, feedback and hiring processes Successful liaison with sourced candidates in relation to the hiring process Writing and posting job adverts in the intranet as well as external job sites and boards and managing response both via email and over the phone Organisation of administration surrounding the recruitment process Creation of coherent reports surrounding recruitment activity including analysis of emerging trends Assist in the preparation of briefing events for agenciesThe successful candidate will possess recruitment/ HR experience ideally within a corporate environment as well as the following attributes:Fantastic levels of communication skills both written and verbal and confidence within a corporate environment Immediatly available with limited holiday Ability to work on own initiative successfully and professionally High attention to detail and a flexible approach to work loads Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages including experience using Word and ExcelIf you think this is the role for you, please apply online or contact Matt D’Silva on 0121_633_4443 today!
