We now have an exciting opportunity for Administration Assistants to join our award-winning Subsidence Services Division on a 12 month FTC basis. Within the Subsidence department our team of administrators supports all aspects of the process, with particular focus on new claims set up, initial correspondence with Customers, booking of appointments for our Building Consultants to visit the property. Communication and accuracy are a key part of this role, with SLAs to be met around initial contact times and first visits dates. The ability to deal with a variety of tasks is imperative, as well as the confidence to play a role in driving best practice. Support is also provided to the teams on an ad hoc basis with responses to data requests and other administrative activity.
