Bi-lingual Service and Admin Coordinator
Shifts: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-2pm - Hybrid Working
Pay Rate: £92.85
Location: Reading (RG6)
This is a full-time temporary role for 12 months.

As a Service and Admin Coordinator, you will be part of a multilingual team that covers all our EMEA regional support via email. You will play a key role in the success of our brand by exhibiting a positive attitude at work, being proactive, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
1. Review all warranty claims passed on by our Tech team for EMEA customers; respond to their requirements in an efficient and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Approve/reject claims after verifying entitlement.
3. Arrange shipment of relevant parts and create refund requests.
4. Monitor stock levels and keep customers informed about their delivery status in case of delays.
5. Record activity in the CDAX database.
6. Communicate regularly with other internal departments, couriers, and fulfillment centers to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Participate in regular hands-on product training to increase product knowledge.
8. Regularly review, update, and create regional email templates used.
9. Assist with queries from our website regarding e-commerce orders and queries when necessary.
10. Manage and plan team-building events and other office-related tasks.
11. Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Language Skills:
